In order to call from Cuba to the foreigner

 To call to another country from Cuba by means of the teleselección, it must mark:

1. Area code of international exit of Cuba: 119. 
2. Code from the country to which it is called. 
3. Code of the area. 
4. Wished number.

Example: in order to call from Cuba to Santiago, Chile, is due to mark:

119, area code of international exit of Cuba. 

56, Code of Chile. 

2, code of the area of Santiago and the wished number.

Cubacel is the company that offers the service of cellular telephony in the entire island a cover that although does not cover all the national territory if it includes all the main cities and tourist destinies of the country.

Cubacel, offers services of cellular telephony with national cover in norms GSM and TDMA. The same one operates in the frequencies 850/900 MHZ in technology GSM and 800MHZ in the TDMA.
